1. All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days (Except during sale) of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
2. An unboxing video of the original package delivered will be required to raise a request for return. We would accept the returned items in their original packaging only.
3. Orders cannot be cancelled after 6 hours of placing the order. Package once packed & shipped, will be treated as a return order. In that case, Whispering Homes reserves full rights to charge two-way shipping cost.
4. In case a COD shipped order is cancelled or not accepted after it has been shipped, Whispering Homes will reserve the right to deny any future orders.
5. Whispering Homes follows 'No Return, Only Exchange' Policy. Whispering Homes must receive the return request via whatsapp or email. Once the return request is raised, you will get a reply within 24-48 Hours with or without resolution.
6. All return requests will have to get approved before processing. If a request is found eligible, reward points will be credited to your respective Whispering Homes account.
7. Our products are of the best design and quality and we are very sure you would love them. However, if you feel that the delivered product does not fit your requirement and wish to return it, an unboxing video in original packaging will be required to raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery and items must be in unused condition.
