COD Order processing :

For orders with a total value below 10,000 Indian Rupees, there will be a shipping charge of INR 200. However, if your order exceeds 10,000 Indian Rupees, the shipping will be provided at no cost to you.

Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will ensure a faster and better delivery.

Shipping location

We ship our products across India. The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We share the approximate number of days required for delivery. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach our customers as soon as possible.

Refunds And Cancellation Policy

1. All returns must be reported within 48 Hours of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
2. Our products are high-quality and designed to impress however If you're not satisfied with your purchase kindly return it within 48 hours in original condition, unused packaging with an unboxing video.
3. Our replacement policy requires an unboxing video within 48 hours of receiving the package for any potential damage to file a replacement claim.
4. The orders can’t be cancelled after 6 hours of placing the order since we already start processing the orders. Package once packed & shipped, will be treated as a return order if cancelled. In that case, Whispering Homes reserves full rights to charge two-way shipping cost.
5. In case a COD shipped order is cancelled or not accepted after it has been shipped, Whispering Homes will reserve the right to deny any future orders.
6. All return requests will have to get approved before processing. If a request is found eligible, reward points will be credited to your respective Whispering Homes account.
7. Return Shipping Charges: The Customers are responsible for the expenses associated with returning the item which will be as per actual borne by us from our delivery partner.
8. Refund in Store Credit: We provide the option of store credits when exchanging items / returning items. In this scenario, only return charges will be applicable. The store credits are available instantly once we receive the items and can be used for any future purchases.
9. Unfortunately, we don't accept any return requests on the basic of liking of products or size issues. We recommend checking the product specifications/details before placing the order.
10. No refunds or exchanges for Dried flowers & Grass category.
