No, you cannot put your desired product in the wishlist on hold for purchase at a later date. You can only make a purchase according to the availability of the product and the wishlist can only give you access to keep your liked products at one place. Hence, you can buy that product only if the quantity is still available.
To return an item, please email customer service at our email address to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Return appeal needs to be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery if not, then no return possible. Item(s) of the order should not be used. The tags of the items should be intact and not removed.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed for your order at the time of checkout before making the payment. The charges vary according to the total value of order placed. Also, we offer the facility of free shipping for orders valuing over Rs.10,000/-
No, there will be no shipping charges for exchange/return cases. Whispering Homes will arrange a reverse pick-up for every product which is wrongfully delivered or is found to be defective/damaged within 5 days of purchase. (dried flowers/pampas/grasses not included)
Information and policy
Whisperinghomes ensures that it stores only the information which is made available by you at the time of registration and creation of your account. All the conversations and interactions including the comments shared by you on the website are stored but apart from that No information such as credit / debit card details or online bank account information, etc., is stored in our database. We emphasize that we do not store any of your details related to your bank and they are entered by you only on the payment gateways. It is 100% secure and safe as we do not store such sensitive data of our customers with us.
Under the return policy, the items must be returned within 5 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Once the return order has reached the warehouse, the refund process will be initiated within 48 hours.
Packaging and Delivery
All our products are carefully packed at our warehouses. We ensure that they are packed safely with high quality bubble sheets and styrofoam to avoid any chances of breakage and any other damage. The outer packaging is waterproof and handled with care to deliver the product in safe and secure conditions. The dried flowers/pampas/grasses are wrapped well in a bunch to avoid breakage of delicate stems and petals. However, with humidity and shipping conditions the fallout of some petals and plumes may occur which the whispering homes do not take responsibility for.
If upon delivery of the product, the packaging is opened already or looks damaged, then we suggest you to please do not accept it and immediately reach us out on our customer care 91-8695600000. We will try to offer a replacement according to your will & preference and also according to the availability of the product.
If you are not present at the delivery location then our shipping partner will make a phone call to you prior to delivering the product, and leave the product at your desired nearby new location. But, if you fail to answer the call then the product will be taken back by the delivery boy and 3 more delivery attempts will be made in the next coming days. If still missing, then the delivery package will be sent back to us. We will consider it as a cancelled order and the amount will be refunded in the form of Store Credits to your whisperinghomes.com.
