Unfortunately, you can't place your desired product in the wishlist on hold for purchase at a later date. The wishlist serves as a convenient way to keep track of products you like, but purchases can only be made based on product availability. So, you can only buy a product if it's still in stock.

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer service team via email at our designated email address to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you've received the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Please keep in mind that you'll be responsible for covering all return shipping charges. For added security, we recommend using a trackable shipping method when mailing your return.

To request a return, you must initiate the appeal within 5 days from the delivery date; otherwise, returns will not be accepted. The item(s) from the order must be unused, with intact tags and packaging.

Shipping charges are determined and presented for your order during the checkout process before payment. These charges vary based on the total value of the order placed. Additionally, we provide free shipping for orders above Rs. 10,000/-

For exchange or return cases, there will be no shipping charges. Whispering Homes will facilitate a reverse pick-up for any product that is incorrectly delivered or found to be defective or damaged within 5 days of purchase. Please note that this policy excludes dried flowers, pampas, and grasses.

Whispering Homes securely stores only the information provided by you during registration and account creation. While conversations and interactions, including website comments, are stored, sensitive details like credit/debit card or online bank account information are not retained in our database. We prioritize your security by ensuring that such sensitive data is solely entered by you on the payment gateways. Rest assured, your information remains 100% secure as we do not store these details.

This policy regulates your visit and usage of our website. By consenting to the use of personal information—limited to what you provide during registration—by Whispering Homes in line with the terms and objectives outlined in the Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that it may be subject to periodic amendments at the sole discretion of Whispering Homes.

As per the return policy, items must be returned within 5 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Once the return order reaches the warehouse, the refund process will commence within 48 hours.

Packaging and Delivery

All our products undergo meticulous packaging at our warehouses. We prioritize safety by securely wrapping them with high-quality bubble sheets and styrofoam to minimize the risk of breakage and damage during transit. The outer packaging is waterproof and handled with utmost care to ensure the safe and secure delivery of the product. Specifically, dried flowers, pampas, and grasses are bundled carefully to prevent the breakage of delicate stems and petals. However, it's important to note that due to humidity and shipping conditions, some fallout of petals and plumes may occur, for which Whispering Homes does not assume responsibility.

If you notice that the packaging of the product is already opened or appears damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you do not accept it. Instead, please reach out to our customer care team at +91-8695600000 immediately. We will endeavor to provide a replacement according to your preferences and availability of the product.

If you're not available at the delivery location, our shipping partner will attempt to contact you via phone before delivering the product. If you miss the call, they'll leave the product at a nearby location of your choice. However, if you fail to respond, the delivery person will retrieve the product and make three additional delivery attempts in the following days. If the product is still not received, it will be returned to us. In such cases, the order will be considered cancelled, and the amount will be refunded in the form of Store Credits to your account.
