Dried Lavender - Dried Flower

The lavender I received neither smells like nor looks like lavender. It’s grown fungus before it was even shipped and even when you rub the dried flower it smells of stale dead flowers. And definitely not 100 stems as advertised. No returns obviously so it’s a pitiful and absolute waste of money. Such a shame
