Job Description: Design Intern

Duration: 3 months

Location: Mohali, Punjab

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Intern to join our team. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced design environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, possess strong creative skills, and be eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team setting.

• Assist the design team in creating visual assets for various projects, including but not limited to digital and print media, social media graphics, branding materials and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute designs that align with brand’s objectives and guidelines.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other design software to create high-quality graphics and artwork.
• Support the production process by preparing files for print or digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
• Assist with other design-related tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other design software.
• Excellent creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate and communicate ideas effectively within a team.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take constructive feedback to improve skills and grow professionally.
