About this policy
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Whispering Homes website and any purchase made through it.
Questions relating to cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.
Questions relating to warranty and product care are covered by our Warranty & Product Care Policy.
Are bulbs included with lighting products?
No. Bulbs are not included with any light fixture and must be purchased separately.
What should I do if my product is damaged?
Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video, so our team can assess and resolve it quickly.
Are Clearance Sale and Open Box products returnable?
No. Clearance Sale and Open Box products are not eligible for return or refund.
How should I clean my products?
Clean products with a dry microfiber cloth only. Damage caused by sea breeze, harsh chemicals, or water exposure is not covered under warranty.
Do you guarantee the lowest price?
No, though we aim to offer competitive prices. Where we offer a price match, the following conditions apply:
- the product must be identical and available for sale through another online store;
- the competitor's price must be publicly listed — we cannot match negotiated prices;
- price matching applies only before your initial payment is made; and
- this policy cannot be combined with other offers.
While we try to match a lower price, we are not obligated to do so if we are unable to.
What happens if a product is priced incorrectly?
We strive for accuracy, but errors can occur. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or details, we may contact you for further instructions, or cancel the order and notify you. If payment has already been processed, we will refund the amount to your original payment method. Final prices are determined at our sole discretion.
Can Whispering Homes cancel my order?
Yes, at our sole discretion. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and process any applicable refund as per our Return & Refund Policy. We also reserve the right to take appropriate action, including declining future orders, if we determine our policies are being misused.
Can these Terms change?
Yes. Whispering Homes reserves the right to modify or enforce these Terms, and our related policies, at any time without prior notice.
What law governs these Terms?
These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements under which we provide you services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
